Crouch Theorem

Statement:
"When your striker(more specifically 1.98m tall)is not hitting your crosses into the goal, make sure your cross hits your striker and gets into the goal."

Assumptions:
The winger is a decent enough crosser to hit the target striker directly.

Proof:
(From yesterday's Eng vs Tri Match)
Becks & co tried putting in a few delicious crosses/passes to the Peter Robot all through the game for 80 mintues in their game against Trinidad and Tobago. But robot made all funny gestures with the ball at his mercy, instead of scoring the goal.He ran, slid, jumped, volleyed, fouled and did every goddamn thing he could do.FIFA reports that almost two dozens of football were lost in crowd yesterday, thanks to Robot's shots off target. The most funniest of all his acts was the bicycle kick he tried.I later came know that he attempted a shot like that because a cameraman on the sides promosied him a 'dancing-Robot',if he posed like that for him. It was at the 82nd minute, Becks realised the theorem he taught his son the previous day. Also he saw Aaron jumping up in the air and getting hit by the ball that fell to him. At that instant Robot was jumping in the centre with the Tri's defender to see who is the tallest of the two. When Robot was doing his next jump,Becks hit the cross directly at Robot's head, bang on target and it sailed into the net, eluding the outstreched hands of the goalie.

Hence proved.

For beck's talent and passing skills he deserves a better striker than that upright broomstick...
